2027 Calendars Featuring Gardens in Scotland!

The featured photographs were all taken on a recent trip to Scotland. We experienced Highlands, Glens, Lochs, and Castles. We walked on beaches and golf courses and met friendly locals. The discoveries were endless.

Balmoral Castle is nestled in Cairngorms National Park, the heart of the Scottish Highlands. The Balmoral Castle that we know today was commissioned by HM Queen Victoria and Prince Albert with construction completed in 1856. Today, it remains a treasured retreat for the Royal Family.

Beyond its historical importance, Balmoral is dedicated to nature and conservation. HM King Charles III is renowned for his passion for gardening, commitment to sustainability and has played a pivotal role in the gardens’ continued evolution.

Glamis Castle was the childhood home of HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother and birthplace of HRH Princess Margaret. The castle was built from the 1400s and is nestled in the heart of Angus. Glamis is said to have inspired one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays, Macbeth.

The thistle on the cover was taken on a hike in Cairngorms National Park.
